For an organization to grow to its desired position in the industrial or service sector, it is highly important that a strategy or a way forward is in place. This may be in the form of a vision and mission statement which forms a path to the ‘Carving” of a strategy.   Once the strategy is in place at a senior management level, it becomes imperative that organizations find a way to measure the strategy.
